Inner PVC tube is 1-1/4". Wood dowels will hold it in the center of the 3" main tube. They are coated with epoxy.
Showing both tubes nested. Liquid will have only 5/8" of space between inner and outer walls.
Main probe is copper clad printed circuit board.
